In a business owner’s life, business takes priority…health and wellness often take a back seat. Or they don’t get a seat at all! For long-term success, making time for healthy habits is a non-negotiable. But how do you fit it all in? Heather will reveal the main problem busy people encounter when trying to change their habits and how to overcome it, as well as the most common mistake smart people make and how to avoid it. She’ll share five strategies to participants integrate healthy habits into their daily lives for greater work/life balance, and implement a small-step solution approach that gets results.

Bio
Heather Moreno is hired by successful women who struggle to make health and wellness a priority in their hectic schedules. With a diverse background in exercise physiology, coaching and theology, she helps people to understand the root of what’s keeping them stuck so they can stop spinning their wheels and know how to get results. Heather personally understands the challenges of fitting health priorities into a busy schedule. She is a licensed CPA, serves as elected Mayor in the City of Atascadero and is active in the Central Coast California chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
